Two of the cases were reported at Lambeth Elementary School in Lambeth, one at Ashley Oaks Elementary School in White Oaks and one at Oxbow Elementary School in Ilderton.
All schools will remain open, the board said, adding that public health staff will be in direct contact with close contacts of the cases.
If parents do not receive a letter from the health department, their child is not considered to be at risk, the board announced.
Staff and students identified as close contacts are advised to stay home from school and quarantine for 10 days.
The Middlesex-London Health Unit says there have been 26 cases of COVID-19 in schools in London and Middlesex County since the school year began on Sept. 7.
