Global law firm Ashurst has named infrastructure finance expert Helen Jones as a partner in the Global Markets Practice based in London.

Helen comes from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she has spent her entire career in the London and New York offices. Helen’s practice encompasses a wide range of corporate finance transactions acting on behalf of issuers and financial parties, with a particular focus on secured bank / bond finance transactions and specialized expertise in the infrastructure sector.
