Design studio Nic Howett Architect and his Secret Garden Flat win London’s Best New Home Improvement Project, decided by Dont Move Improve! 2023. The house is on the ground floor and shows the effort involved in working at a high level on a small budget. The designer lives in the house with his family and it is a converted home in Southwark with an emphasis on maximizing space.
