A research study has discovered that Bromley offers the best worth for cash when buying a home in London with a garden.
The research by PlumbNation compared London’s typical home rates with the typical sizes of personal outdoor space.
It determined the typical expense of a home per m2 of garden space to expose the most pricey (and most cost effective) gardens in the capital.
The London Borough of Bromley has a property worth per square metre of outside space of ₤ 1,313.95 – the most inexpensive discovered in the capital.
Bromley also reported to have the biggest gardens in London, with the average size of outdoor space reaching 331.10 m2.
Coming close in 2nd for best worth is Bexley, where the typical property worth per square metre of garden stands at ₤ 1,429.34.
In third location is Croydon, where the average cost of a residential or commercial property per square metre of garden is ₤ 1,452.68.
Kensington and Chelsea topped the list for being the most expensive area with the typical home value per square metre of garden being a massive ₤ 13,656.34.
