A research study has found that Bromley provides the best worth for money when purchasing a home in London with a garden.
The research by PlumbNation compared London’s average house costs with the average sizes of private outside space.
It determined the average cost of a home per m2 of garden area to reveal the most pricey (and most cost effective) gardens in the capital.
The London Borough of Bromley has a property worth per square metre of outside area of ₤ 1,313.95 – the cheapest found in the capital.
Bromley also reported to have the biggest gardens in London, with the typical size of outdoor space reaching 331.10 m2.
Coming close in second for finest value is Bexley, where the average residential or commercial property value per square metre of garden stands at ₤ 1,429.34.
In 3rd location is Croydon, where the typical expense of a property per square metre of garden is ₤ 1,452.68.
Kensington and Chelsea topped the list for being the most pricey location with the average home value per square metre of garden being a tremendous ₤ 13,656.34.
