CMAJ was made aware of bugs reported in an article published on August 2, 2022.1
The legends for cells B and D of Figure 1 read “OHC Toronto”, “Toronto” and “Ontario” and should have read “OHC London”, “London” and “Ontario”.
These errors have been corrected on cmaj.ca.
