The Middlesex-London Heath Unit reopens its walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic in White Oaks Mall on Thursday.
This is the second time the South London, Ontario mall has hosted a clinic, following a similar initiative in September and October 2021 that saw more than 5,700 cans distributed during its run.
“The success of our clinics in malls has demonstrated that making the COVID-19 vaccine available in a convenient and accessible retail environment is an effective way to reach people who may not have been able to attend one of our mass vaccination clinics,” said Medical Health Officer Dr. Alex Summers.
The easiest way to reach the White Oaks Mall Clinic is via the east entrance near the RBC Royal Bank, facing Wellington Road.

The clinic will be set up next to Tim Hortons near the mall’s food court.
Hours of operation are Thursday through Saturday between 1pm and 7pm and the clinic is scheduled to run until April 30.
The clinic will offer vaccinations to everyone aged five years and older, as well as those who need booster doses and anyone else who has not yet been vaccinated.
Elsewhere in the region, mass vaccination clinics continue to exist at the Western Fair District Agriplex in London and the Caradoc Community Center in Mount Brydges.
MLHU also has a schedule of upcoming pop-up clinics available on their website.
