The Middlesex-London Health Unit is reporting two new COVID-19-related deaths and 89 other laboratory-confirmed cases.
The reported deaths are a man in his 70s and a woman in her 80s, both linked to a nursing home.
The London Health Sciences Center cares for 49 inpatients, eight of whom are in intensive care.
There are eight inpatients with COVID-19 in Children’s Hospital and five or fewer in Pediatric Critical Care.
LHSC is also reporting an outbreak at Victoria Hospital Sub-Acute Medicine.
As of Thursday, 235 LHSC employees have tested positive for COVID-19, and 116 St. Joseph’s Health Care employees have also tested positive.
