Ecuador’s award-winning Juliana Bar is coming to London this Wednesday for just one night

Ecuador’s internationally acclaimed cocktail haven, Juliana Bar, will make its much-anticipated debut in London this week. The award-winning bar, celebrated for its innovative Diverso menu, will be taken over by Silverleaf on Wednesday 7th June as part of their European tour.
After opening in January 2022, Juliana quickly gained recognition for its unique cocktail offering. The bar won the Siete Misterios Best Cocktail Menu award at The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022, a testament to the creativity of its Creative Director Daniel Febres Cordero and Bar Manager Sarah Ruiz. Juliana’s ethos is deeply rooted in showcasing Ecuador’s rich biodiversity and paying homage to ancestral agricultural practices through unique indigenous ingredients such as the Macambo bean, Chontacuros mealworms and Motilón fruit.
The stopover in London is a central highlight of Juliana Bar’s stay in Europe. The journey began yesterday at Oslo’s Himkok, ranked number 43 on the list of the 50 best bars, and now the team is taking on London’s Silverleaf, an independent cocktail bar known for celebrating unique key ingredients and diverse tastes, a perfect Complementing Juliana’s own commitment, innovative mixology.
Following her stay in London, Juliana will conclude her tour on Sunday 11th at Paris’ Le Syndicat, also known for promoting local heritage.
