Bank of Ireland announces move to a “world-class” development in the City of London

Stanhope and Swiss investment foundation AFIAA have announced that Bank of Ireland has confirmed that it will move its London office to the last available floor in Gresham St Paul’s, the 6th floor, with 18,807 sq ft of new, high-quality office space in a new green office building on Gresham Street with fantastic views of St Paul’s.

Bank of Ireland is expected to move from its existing offices at Bow Bells House in the City of London to new offices in Gresham St Paul’s in the second half of 2024, joining existing tenants including finance, investment and professional services firm Evelyn Partners and the broker Numis Securities.

Gresham St Paul’s at 31-45 Gresham Street in the City of London comprises a total of approximately 170,000 square feet of prime office space over nine floors, with large terraces on the top three floors, in the heart of the financial center and close to St Paul’s Cathedral and others important cultural sights.
