The newest celebrity chef to join the line-up is MasterChef 2021 winner Tom Rhodes, who will cook live in front of an audience for the first time since appearing on the hit BBC TV show.
Rhodes joins MasterChef colleagues Mike Tomkins, Alexina Anatole and Laura Michael as well as British Bake Off 2020 winner Dave Friday.
Chefs from some of London’s top restaurants will also perform, including Sameer Taneja from Michelin-starred Benares, Micheal Carr from Sky Garden and Dayashanka Sharma from Heritage.
More than 200 exhibitors present their products and goods at the festival and offer visitors the opportunity to sample the diversity of the London food scene.
Visitors can enjoy the Chefs Theater, Cake & Bake Theater, Drinks Theater, as well as master classes in champagne, beer, and cocktails.
Children can join in at the Kids Cookery School, and everyone can enjoy Street Food Avenue and the Shopping Village, which features a number of award-winning craft shops.
There’s also a chilli eating contest if you dare.
For the music, Sophie Ellis-Bextor swaps her live streamed kitchen discos for the main stage.
The Murder on the Dancefloor shares the limelight with The Killerz and Ultimate Coldplay and covers popular anthems.
