Her high tables: want listing for FT readers after the lockdown in London

I have wonderful memories of eating out at Gauthier – a Soho restaurant that feels like a house, not a restaurant. They made amazing vegan meal sets during lockdown that even a carnivore like me enjoyed immensely. They included a sublime and foolproof vegan soufflĂ© in one of their meal sets. I was fooled. I suspect the expert version is not intended to be a squidgy rubber ball. I would love to try the real thing.

Aside from the joy of soufflé, my real memory of Gauthier is the joy of a wonderful place, warm service, wonderful food and wine. All I need now is an amuse-bouche of a vaccine, and then Gauthier has to celebrate the return to life celebration.
