The opportunity

The Junior Finance Business Partner role is part of the Finance team at University of the Arts London and is part of the College Finance team at LCF. We are a team that works well together and support each other to achieve our goal of providing the college with excellent financial service. We are about trust, development and continuous improvement.

By reporting to the LCF Finance Manager, you will provide relevant and reliable financial and managerial information and client-focused support to budget holders and other stakeholders throughout the College. This is a critical role linking college operations with finance and excellent communication skills are paramount.

In addition, you will support the development of financial transparency, accountability and engagement across the college by providing insightful analytical reports, budgeting and general financial and administrative support.

About you

Your profile should include:

  • Good knowledge of financial and management information needs
  • Active study for a professional accounting qualification
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of financial information systems (Agresso / Excelerator desirable)
  • Communicates effectively verbally, in writing and/or using visual media, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial staff in a clear and meaningful manner.
