LONDON, August 31, 2022 — King & Spalding has recruited finance partners Richard Kitchen and Amin Doulai to its Corporate, Finance and Investments (CFI) practice group in London.
Kitchen has extensive experience advising private equity sponsors, investment banks and private lenders on complex cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance transactions and is a Chambers and IFLR 1000 listed firm. Doulai advises alternative equity and private debt funds as well as corporations and family offices and private equity sponsors on all types of private debt investments, with a particular focus on leveraged acquisitions and corporate finance transactions
