Lonfin shareholders (“Shareholders”) will be advised of this following the release of the final results and dividend declaration for the year ended June 30, 2022Published on September 30, 2022the 2022 annual report and financial statements of the company have been published and sent to shareholders.
The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 12:30 pm (UK time) 2:30 p.m (SA time) at 1 Ely Place, London EC1N 6RY and the invitation to the AGM are included in the 2022 annual report. The latest time and date for filing proxy forms in relation to the General Meeting are 12.30 p.m on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. The date of the AGM was incorrectly given as Wednesday November 10, 2022 Monday was incorrectly stated in the invitation to the Annual General Meeting in the Annual Report 2022 and as the date for filing the proxy forms November 8, 2022 in the explanations for the proxy form at the end of the Annual Report 2022.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts will be filed with the National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/. national storage mechanism
