A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Change Manager to join this prominent client in the education sector. Working in a hybrid model (1-2 days in the office), the successful Finance Change Manager sits between finance and IT and identifies what system changes are needed to support the finance function.
About you;
-
5-7 years change management experience, ideally system-led change
-
Experience working with and launching change-to-finance teams
-
Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methods
-
Excellent stakeholder management skills
-
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and the ability to drive successful outcomes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
