Fattal Hotels debuted its NYX Hotel brand in the UK in May 2021, with a property in London’s Holborn district.
NYX Hotel London Holborn was a rebranding of the Grange Holborn Hotel, with the property occupying a ten-storey building on the corner of Southampton Street and Theobalds Road.
A work of street art by Dan Kitchener, described as “part mural, part graffiti”, runs down the entire length of the building, and interiors have been designed by Garuda Design, with rooms and suites located down “moodily lit corridors” and featuring “eye-catching artwork”, large, padded leather headboards, teak sideboards, fully stocked mini Smeg fridges, Nespresso coffee machines, and bespoke ‘Dream’ beds.
Facilities include the all-day and late-night Nyx bar and restaurant, a basement spa with 13-metre Greco-Roman indoor swimming pool, a steam room, sauna and fitness centre.
