Sustainable development in northwest Saudi Arabia is taking shape and aims to create greater partnerships and investment opportunities with new premises in London
London, United Kingdom, November 9, 2023 – NEOM, the sustainable regional development company in northwest Saudi Arabia, has opened its first international office in London, United Kingdom (UK), which will serve as a base for NEOM’s operations across Europe .
The official opening was led by Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, the Rt Hon Oliver Dowden CBE MP, Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and Nadhmi Al-Nasr, CEO of NEOM, who addressed the distinguished attendees guests and strategic partners.
The opening of the office at Chancery House in central Holborn marks an important milestone in NEOM’s efforts to expand its international presence, with many successful partnerships already established between NEOM and UK companies. NEOM’s new local presence is expected to help identify future collaboration opportunities and strengthen existing relationships, accelerating its efforts to address global challenges by redefining quality of life, economics and conservation.
As NEOM’s first international office, the UK office will also serve as a base for supporting NEOM’s business across Europe, building on existing relationships with partners, investors and stakeholders across the continent and cultivating new relationships.

Abdallah Alhazani will lead the new NEOM Europe unit as CEO, moving on from his current role as Executive Director of Oxagon, NEOM’s center for advanced and clean industries. Previously, Abdallah served as Executive Director of NEOM Investment Fund, the strategic investment arm of NEOM.
