Physique of stowaway present in London backyard after falling from Kenya Airways jet

LONDON (Reuters) – The body of a man believed to be a stowaway who fell from the undercarriage of a Kenya Airways plane en route to Heathrow Airport has been found in a garden in London, the agency said police on Monday.

London’s Metropolitan Police said they were called to a home in Clapham, south London, on Sunday after the body was found. An autopsy is to be carried out, but the man has not yet been identified.

“At this time, police believe the man was a stowaway and fell from the undercarriage of an incoming Kenya Airways flight to Heathrow Airport,” police said in a statement.

“A bag, water and some food were discovered in the landing gear compartment when it landed at the airport.”
