One of Bollywood’s fittest actresses, Shilpa Shetty is quite an inspiration when it comes to maintaining her physique and health. The 47-year-old actress is a mother of two and a restaurateur. Despite this, she still manages to carve out time from her busy schedule to exercise and do yoga regularly. And if there’s something that makes her happier than her routine and her family, it has to be food.

We are no strangers to Shilpa’s “Sunday binge”. Every weekend, the Bollywood diva teases our taste buds with her cheat meals, leaving us drooling for the rest of the day. The actress – who is currently holidaying in London with her two children, Viaan and Samisha – is taking it slow and easy during the holiday season. We keep seeing her share her daily munchies on her Instagram Stories, and while she’s in the UK we’ve seen her dabble in what she calls ‘comfort food’.

The table features potato wedges, crusty bread, sautéed green peas, a bowl of grilled vegetables, and more. This healthy spread looked absolutely delightful and we’re quite tempted. However, this isn’t the first time Shilpa has shown us her foodie side. We’ve previously seen her gorge on desserts like chocolate ice cream, freak shakes, and donuts.
In fact, we remember the time she teamed up with actress Ananya Panday for a fun challenge where both were seen enjoying mini golgappas one after the other. It was quite a treat to watch. She keeps her diet in check to support herself and you’ll find her munching on healthy bites like the murmura mix she devoured a while back. The puffed rice mix – filled with peanuts, onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and spices – looked delicious.
