Thames Valley stories on the COVID-19 case at London’s East Carling Public Faculty

The Thames Valley District Schools Board reports a COVID-19 case linked to a public school in east London.

The case is linked to the East Carling public school, the board said on Sunday. The school stays open.

Middlesex-London Health Unit tracers identify the person’s close contacts. People who are not contacted directly by Thames Valley are not considered to be at risk.

Staff and students who have close contacts must stay at home in quarantine for 14 days.

Two weeks after the resumption of personal tuition in London elementary schools, the Middlesex-London Health Unit reported COVID-19 cases in connection with 10 schools and reported an outbreak at the Clara Brenton public school in west London.
