Ever dream of giving up the rental life in London and having a place in the city all to yourself?
The dream could be closer than you think as a London family is giving people the chance to win their £ 750,000 two bed townhouse for free. Yes, you heard us right – it’s completely free!
Located in Denmark Hill, Camberwell, the Victorian property is owned by 35-year-old nutritionist Lucy Mieville and her 36-year-old husband James.
The young couple share their home with their young daughter and want to expand because they want to have more children.
They decided to raffle their home due to soaring property prices during the pandemic, making it harder than ever for Londoners to buy their own homes.

The townhouse has 1,023 square feet and is a mix of modern, bold interiors and classic Victorian elements such as high ceilings and an original fireplace.
One of the coolest things about the house – aside from the fact that it’s free – is its “secret garden” when you want to get away from business in central London, which is a short bus ride away.

Tickets to the raffle run by Raffle House are only £ 2. You can also enter for free by clicking ‘Free Entry’ on the Raffle House website.
The Sweepstakes House will give the lucky winner an additional £ 3,000 to settle in and will cover stamp duty and legal costs worth over £ 30,000.

Raffle House also donates 2.5 percent of all ticket sales to Housing for Women and Centrepoint and has already donated £ 40,000.
Townhouse owner Lucy said, “We are very excited to be giving people the chance to win our beautiful family home for free, especially after the difficult 12 months we have all faced.

“For those who choose to purchase tickets, not only can they increase their chances of winning, but they can also support two incredible charities that are close to my heart.
“It is great that Raffle House has already given a young woman a home and we look forward to handing over the keys to our property as soon as the winner is announced.”
If you want a chance to win this stunning Victorian townhouse (and who wouldn’t?) The deadline is June 30th.
