Grab your skates and head to Rollerscape this winter
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Starlight Express is rolling back into the capital next summer, but if you can’t wait that long for some skate action, we’ve got good news. Rollerscape, the UK’s first immersive roller skating rink, will be at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theater from November to March, giving you the chance to whiz around before the performers take over the room.
In addition to the indoor roller rink decorated with disco balls, Rollerscape will also include a winter hall with a giant Christmas tree and Santa’s sleigh; a heated outdoor patio with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows; two bars serving seasonal drinks like hot chocolate and mulled wine; and a menu of indulgent nachos, burgers, hot dogs and pizzas from the theater’s Studio Five restaurant.
If you’re looking for a venue for your Christmas party, Rollerscape is the place for you, but with a lineup ranging from Taylor Swift Sundays to ’80s and ’90s nights, you’ll have plenty of reasons to go Stop by for skating on public holidays.
